Returns and cancellations

Given the nature of our products we do not allow any returns; however, if you decide to cancel your order before it ships out and email us at hello@planthropie.com with your order number and your request we will do our best to accommodate but make no guarantees or warranties that we will be able to stop the order processing and/or shipment in time.  

Damages and issues

The qualities of our products is of our utmost importance. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@planthropie.com if any item is damaged, melted or warm, if you receive the wrong item.  Please include a description of your concerns and available photos. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated any quest for an order cancellation or refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@planthropie.com.
