Shipping policy

Given the nature of our cooled products, we ship all products between Monday and Wednesday with the expectation that you should receive them within 2 days.  We aim to ship all orders received through the previous Sunday the following week, with the exception of Celebration Cakes which should be ordered by the preceding Friday for shipment the following week.  We strive to use packaging materials that are softer on our environment (e.g. biodegradable, recyclable) to the extent possible and use shipping partners and methods that strive to balance cost and the quality of shipping cooled items. 

As many of our products ship frozen we use dry ice (identified in a marked bag) which should not be touched with bare hands.  Dry ice dissipates over time and any remaining dry ice upon receipt should be allowed to dissipate outside or in a well ventilated area.  Keep out of the reach of minors and seek immediate medical attention if ingested or burned.  We also use gel packs that can be handled and re-used.

We understand that shipping such products does come with a cost that we pass along - and we appreciate your support and business.  If you attempt to order a large amount of products (e.g. 4 or more celebration cakes) you will be prompted to email us or contact our shipping manager for a custom shipping quote.
